At Collova Builders, we strive to provide you with the quality you can trust at a price you can afford. Our 4-step home building process is designed to ease your mind about the process it will take to build your new home.
Step #1
The first step is to complete the purchase agreement with Collova Builders, where Collova Builders with sign and accept the purchase agreement or prepare a counter offer. The final purchase agreement must be signed by both parties which includes the complete home, lot and service description and the selling price. Buyers must provide written proof of loan qualification and furnish details on the home to be sold if applicable.
Step #2
Buyers will meet with a Collova Builders representative and begin to complete the Buyer Selection Sheet I. Siding and roofing samples are provided to buyers, initial blueprints are requested and building permits are ordered.
Step #3
The buyers and the Collova Builders representatives will meet on build site to stake out the home location, as well as determine possible setbacks, driveway location and length, perk site and septic requirements.
Step #4
The building process will begin! The entire process typically takes up to four months. View the month-by-month timeline for what will happen in each month of building your home!
